Shipping Charges are based on:
- Number of packages
- Package volume
Overallweight of packages
At the time of shipment delivery, before signing the delivery receipt, inspect for any damages. If the item is damaged, refuse the shipment at that time. If the item is received with damages, Baring Foodservice Equipment Company cannot be held accountable for received damaged equipment. At the time of shipment, if there is a shortage, it must be noted on the carrier bill of lading. If any of the above occurs, please notify Baring Foodservice Equipment Company at (561) 720-2912 within 24 hours.
The carrier who delivers merchandise to your door is ultimately responsible for loss and damages. Acceptance of the shipment by the consignee is acknowledgment that the articles delivered are in good condition.
Merchandise returns are subject to a restocking fee plus any applicable costs for freight back to the warehouse. Special order equipment and custom fabricated equipment is non-refundable and not returnable. Please note, returns are at the discretion of the factory.
